SCA collaborated with International Communities Incorporated (ICI) by fundraising and donating towards rebuilding the kitchen, waiting room, and dormitory for volunteers at the Kinh 7 Charity Clinic. This facility serves the local and neighboring communities with free/low cost medical care.  The kitchen is ran completely by interfaith volunteers to provide a warm meal for patients and caregiver alike.

In December 2017, SCA volunteers visited the new kitchen and assisted with cooking and serving meals for the patients and caregivers at the clinic

Background about the Kinh 7 Charity Clinic:

• Daily: The kitchen serves 250-350 poor patients and caregivers
• Monthly: 10-15 interfaith volunteers cooking and serving free meals to patients and caregivers
• Yearly: 15,000 people in the local and neighboring communities benefit from Kinh 7 Charity Clinic
